Underlying Index Features

The MVIS® US Listed Semiconductor 25 Index (MVSMH) tracks the performance of the 25 largest and most liquid US exchange-listed companies in the semiconductor industry. This is a modified market cap-weighted index, and only includes companies that generate at least 50% of their revenue from semiconductors or semiconductor equipment. The Underlying Index which the VanEck Semiconductor ETF tracks comprises U.S. exchange-listed companies that derive most of their revenues from semiconductors, including companies engaged primarily in the production of semiconductors and semiconductor equipment.

Companies eligible for inclusion in Index:

• Principally engaged in the semiconductor industry, deriving greater than 50% of revenues from it
• Market cap exceeding $150 million
• Three-month average-daily-trading volume of at least $1 million USD
• At least 250,000 shares traded per month
